Obituary: Gerald Luczak
Gerald “Jerry” Francis Luczak, age 75 of Sugar Camp, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, at his home. He was born Oct. 16, 1942, in Chicago to Frank and Irene (Wielgus) Luczak.
He is survived by his three children, Paula Ann, Christopher John (Julie), and Gerald Carlton; four grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; sisters, Janice and Kathy; and his faithful four-legged companion, Howie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, James.
A memorial service for Jerry will be held Saturday, Oct. 6 at 11 a.m. at the St. Kunegunda Catholic Church in Sugar Camp, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Father Allam will be officiating. A burial will immediately follow at the St. Kunegunda Catholic Cemetery. The family would ask that any donations be made to Ascension/Ministry Home Care Hospice.
