Warm For Winter giveaways begin
Volunteers, including Julie Russell and Janet Turney, have been helping prepare for distribution of free clothing, bedding and footwear for the first Warm for Winter giveaway Saturday, Sept. 29, from 10 a.m. to noon at Friendly Village.
Coordinator Jan Leschke said they are overflowing with items, all free for the taking, all sizes and seasons for the whole family.
No charge, no income limits, no questions asked. Bring a bag to fill. WFW is open the last Saturday of every month. For more information, Contact Jan, 715-362-7157.
