Obituary: Norman Pratt
Norman H. Pratt, age 79 of Rhinelander, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018, at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff. He was born Feb. 1, 1939, in Gresham to Arnold and Irene (Knuth) Pratt.
Norm served in the Navy for 23 years earning the rank of Chief Petty Officer and serving as a cryptologist.
Norm is survived by his wife, Ruth of Rhinelander; daughter, Cindy Pratt of Rhinelander; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren with two more on the way; and a brother, James (Helen) Pratt of Burnett.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Theodore Pratt.
Private services for the family will be held followed by inurnment in Newbold Memorial Cemetery. For those who would wish to honor Norm, the family suggests contributions be made in his name to the Rhinelander Food Pantry.
