Susan Evelyn Skubal, age 71 of Rhinelander, died Monday July 16, 2018, at her home with her husband at her side.

Susan was born June 20, 1947 in Wausau to Russell and Elaine (Lambrecht) Walters.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Skubal; daughters, Vanessa Coldwater (Riley Harrison), Sunshine Coldwater of Minneapolis, and Sarah (Daryl) Raimann of Hartland; seven grandchildren; her sister, Catherine (Daniel) Brick of Columbus; other relatives and friends.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Vance Chandler, of Tucson, Ariz.

A visitation for Susan will be held Saturday, July 28, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Hildebrand Funeral Home. A short memorial service will follow. Immediately following the service there will be a procession to Forest Home Cemetery for burial. (Hildebrand Funeral Home)
