Obituary: Jeffrey P. Briggs

Jeffrey P. Briggs, age 67 of Monico, died suddenly Tuesday, June 26, 2018, in Three Lakes. Jeffrey was born Jan. 14, 1951, in Monico to Russell L. and Bernadine F. (Rice) Briggs.

He is survived by his wife, Carlene; son, Jeffrey R. Briggs of Monico; stepdaughter, April K. Catanzaro of Buffalo, N.Y.; two step-grandchildren; a sister, Pat (Dave) Carlsen of Clintonville; brothers, Dave (Vivian) Briggs of Sun Prairie, Mark (Pam) Briggs of Three Lakes, Robert (Carolyn) Briggs of Monico; and sister-in-law, Michelle Briggs of Pelican Lake; nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ted Briggs.

The visitation for Jeff will be held Saturday, June 30, from 9 a.m. until the 11a.m. memorial mass at St. John Catholic Church, in Pelican Lake, with Fr. Randy Knauf officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date at the Monico Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Jeff may be given to St. John Catholic Church, or to the American Diabetes Association.  (Hildebrand Funeral Home)
