Mulleady hands off management to Mulleady

Jim Mulleady Jr., left, has taken over the general manager role at Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc. Realtors.

At the company’s annual kick-off event, Jim Mulleady Sr. handed over the duties to his son. Mulleady Jr. has been listing and selling real estate in the Northwoods since 2001. He is a graduate of UW-Stout and received his MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. He currently serves as president of the Northland Pines School Board and is involved in several other organizations.
