Oneida County trails close March 20
Due to rapidly deteriorating trail conditions, Oneida County Recreation Coordinator Joe Renik has announced the user-funded snowmobile trail system in the county will officially close for the season at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018.
“The Oneida County Forestry Department would like to thank all the snowmobile clubs and volunteers for their work in keeping our trails in great shape,” Renik said.
The trails closed two weeks earlier in 2017, with the official ending date of March 7.
