William Brian Waugh, age 52, died March 12, 2018. He was born Aug. 20, 1965, in Valparaiso, Ind., to Judy and the late Bill Waugh.

Brian is survived by his mother, Judy; his wife, Sandy Fay; brothers, Kurt, Jeffery (Christine), and Kevin; daughter, Danielle (David) Garza; and four grandchildren.

A funeral service will take place at 5 p.m. March 16, with visitation from 4 p.m. until the 5 p.m. service, all at the Carlson Funeral Home.  All are welcome to join for a gathering following the service to take place at the Quality Inn in Rhinelander.
