James “Jimmer” P. Berard, age 63 of Rhinelander, died Feb. 26, 2018, in Rhinelander. He was born July 20, 1954, in Rhinelander to James and Delores (Gilbert) Berard.

Jimmer is survived by his daughter, Heather (Michael) Plourde; sons, James “JR” (Carrie) Berard and Kevin (Amy) Berard; seven grandchildren; father, James Berard; sisters, Denise (Richard “Heavy”) Weibel, Michelle Berard; brothers, Michael Berard, Gregory (Diane) Berard, John Berard and Paul (Amy) Berard; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Chasity; and his mothe,r Delores.

A memorial visitation will be held March 5, from 2 to 5 p.m., at the Carlson Funeral Home. (Carlson Funeral Home)
