Wayne Joseph Bodwin, age 86 of Rhinelander, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2018. He was born in Rhinelander to Myrtle and Joseph Bodwin. He served in the Army during the Korean War.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his sister, Sister Mary Bodwin; daughters, Sandy Bodwin of Miss., Terry Bodwin of Calif., Jean (Bodwin) McGrury of Miss.; Robin Bodwin of N.C.; Stepdaughter, Lisa (Wallner) Martinez of Wash.; his son, Joe Bodwin of Calif.; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Jennifer Wallner, and his son-in-law, Dennis A. McGrury Jr. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. A private memorial service is planned. (Carlson Funeral Home)
