Fifth annual cross country ski clinic
The School District of Rhinelander Community Education program is offering an opportunity for all community members to learn how to cross-country ski. A cross-country ski clinic, sponsored by Mel’s Trading Post, is set for Feb. 24, 9 a.m.-noon at the Rhinelander High School trails and fields.
Participants will learn the basics of the sport. No skis? Visit Mel’s Trading Post before the day of the course to get pre-fitted. There is no charge for equipment use.
All ages are welcome to participate. Instructor will be Mike Bellile from Mel’s. Fee is $10 per person. Register by Feb. 20 by visiting the “community” section of the school district website. For more information, call 715-365-9745.
