Help sought to locate missing Vilas County man

STAR JOURNAL REPORT

The Lac du Flambeau Tribal Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person. Wayne M. Valliere, Jr., 25, was last seen Dec. 22 in Lac du Flambeau. Valliere is Native American, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with hazel eyes, brown hair and numerous tattoos.

According to the missing person alert, Valliere has not had any contact with his family or close friends. It is also possible that he went to Minnesota.

Anyone with information regarding Valliere’s whereabouts or who he was last seen with, please contact the LDF police department, 715-588-7717.
