Obituary: Alberta Clark

Alberta Clark, age 64 of Rhinelander, died Dec. 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born July 31, 1953, in Malden, Mo. to Gussie Clark.

Alberta is survived by her children, Felicia (Michael) Washington of Rhinelander, Carlos Clark of Minneapolis, Minn., Jeremy (Jennie) Hardin of Rhinelander; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Sammie Clark, Jimmy Clark, Alvin Dee Clark, Alvin Earl (Helen) Clark; sisters, Ertha Smith, Gloria Dean (J.W.) Clark, Mamie (Henry) Cunningham, Ella Jane Clark, Francine (Bishop Sam) Jones, Nikki Clark, Ken (LaJoyce) Clark, Fiona (Curtis) Long; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, and her brother, Genius Clark. A celebration of Alberta’s Life will take place Dec. 28 at the Quality Inn, Rhinelander with a noon eulogy, followed by a 1 p.m. memorial dinner. Attendees are asked to bring a dish to pass. (Hildebrand Funeral Home)
