A trial men’s water exercise class offered at the Y

The YMCA of the Northwoods reminds everyone that not all athletes wear shoes. With that in mind, the Y is offering a free sample of its new men’s water exercise class.

The class includes high-intensity work-outs in the pool with a male instructor. It’s a chance to
discover the benefits of exercising in the water. Training in the water causes less stress on joints than working out on land, and it burns more calories.

The sample class is Dec. 21, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and is free for all participants.

Fore more information, call the Y, 715-362-9622.
