Brian Jones, age 78 of Rhinelander, died Dec. 2, 2017, at home. He was born Aug. 12, 1939, in the village of Bedlinog, Wales, to John and Gwyneth Jones.

Brian is survived by his sister, Susan (Robert) Bond, and his brother, Lewis (Susan) Jones; nieces and nephews; longtime companion, Patricia Sisel, and special friend, Cheryl Rybka.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Graham (Jennifer) Jones.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Dec. 12 at Nativity of our Lord Catholic Church (St. Joseph site). Visitation will take place from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. (Carlson Funeral Home)
