Director Bill Clow ‘no longer with the Chamber’

Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Bill Clow.Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Board has announced the departure of Executive Director, Bill Clow, effective Oct. 3. Clow took the reigns at the chamber in Dec., 2015 following a months’ long search.

According to a press release, the Board President, Eric Britton, will be stepping in to handle day-to-day operations. The RACC Board of Directors will discuss the process of the search for an executive director in the coming weeks. No further information is currently available.

The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the greater Rhinelander area so that its citizens in all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational interests of the area.

The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce, which has more than 375 members, organizes several events throughout the year including HoDrags on Ice, the Hodag Home Show, Art on the Courthouse Lawn.
