Golf scramble benefits the Y

The 16th annual YMCA Golf Scramble took place July 15 at Pinewood Country Club. The event raises money to support the Y’s annual Support Campaign, which makes financial assistance available for children and families who otherwise could not afford to participate in YMCA programs. T

he winning team, pictured here included Jess Spiegelhoff, Tim Kulhanek, Jim Bloch and Nathan Schrock. Second place team consisted of Justin Pavek, Chad Curry, Tim Johnson and Jacob Simkins and third place belonged to the team of Ken Schoppe, Sharon Schoppe, Bob Thoms and Peter Otis.

Corky Stoxen was the winner of the golf ball drop.
