STAR JOURNAL REPORT

Work on Rhinelander’s downtown Streetscape project expanded Tuesday on West Rives Street where the road is now being dug up between Brown and Stevens Street and closed to motor vehicles, though pedestrians are still able to access businesses along that block.

The Star Journal, which is located next to the construction at 24 W. Rives St., remains open.
