For the Star Journal

Lincoln County corrections officers Tyler Kipetzky-Skidmore and Terri Swagger recently graduated from the Wisconsin Basic Jail Officer Academy at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. At the ceremony, the two officers were praised by the chief instructor for their commitment and expertise in cell block survival techniques.

Kipetzky-Skidmore has been with the Sheriff’s Office since June, 2015 and is a U.S. Army Veteran. Swagger was hired in April, 2015 and brings with her experience from working in the Federal Prison System. Lincoln County Sheriff Jeff Jaeger said that both are a welcome addition to the Sheriff’s Office and he is honored to have them on board.
