Rhinelander Kiwanis club’s outstanding seniors
The Kiwanis Club of Rhinelander recognized two outstanding Rhinelander High School seniors at its weekly meeting.
Bailey Nebgen, center, participates in the robotic club, math league, alpine ski team, swim team and has a tutoring internship at the Forest Service. She was awarded the National Merit scholarship. In the fall Bailey plans to attend University of Minnesota Twin Cities and pursue a chemistry major and eventually get her PhD to become a university professor.
Josh Wagler, right, missed most of his freshman and sophomore years due to chronic headaches. Though he was not expected to graduate with his class, Josh was determined to do so and will accomplish that goal this spring. He plans to attend Nicolet College for an associate degree in electro -mechanical technology. Pictured with the students is Kiwanian Shane Sparks.
