Tuesday, Dec. 29

Christopher W. Cousins, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property. Signature bond set at $500.

Todd M. Meinecke, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and throwing/discharging bodily fluids at public safety worker. Cash bond set at $1,500.

Wednesday, Dec. 30

Eddie P. Larrea, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Warrant quashed, signature bond set at $1,000.

Monday, Jan. 4

Issac M. Vidal, Rhinelander, charged with operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). Signature bond set at $500.

Thomas W. Neville, Menasha, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set at $500.

Donald J. Cavanaugh, Tomahawk, charged with possession of THC and possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. Signature bond set at $1,000.

Robert J. Sackett Jr., Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Signature bond set at $500.

Andrew S. Pierson, Rhinelander, charged with battery and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set at $1,500.

Zachary C. Meiner, Minocqua, charged with OWI (2nd), carrying a concealed weapon and operating a firearm while intoxicated. Signature bond set at $1,500.

Jordan G. Henk, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property and criminal damage to property. Signature bond set at $2,000.

Scott L. Best, Mosinee, charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Signature bond set at $1,000.

Justin C. Helvey, Rhinelander, charged with felony bail jumping. Signature bond set at $5,000. In underlying cases, charged with neglecting a child, possession of methamphetamine precursors, manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing/delivering drug paraphernalia-methamphetamine and vehicle operator flee/elude officer, and in another case escaping as a fugitive from another state.

Stephen R. Kuche, Woodruff, charged with possession of THC, possession of GHB/GB/BDO/Ketamine/Flunitraz, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set at $5,000.

Nichole M. Johnson, Phelps, charged with felony bail jumping. Bond modified to $10,000 signature bond. In underlying case, court accepted DEJ on charge of purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth.

Kurt R. Smeaton, Woodruff, charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Signature bond set at $1,000, not guilty plea.

Jeremy J. Meives, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Signature bond set at $1,500.

William E. Pross, Ashland, charged with five counts of failure to support child (120 days+). Cash bond set at $7,500.
