Oneida County Court Sentencings and Warrants – Dec. 31

Tuesday, Dec. 22

Chantil M. Rahlf, Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamine precursors, maintaining a drug trafficking place, misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth and possession of amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin. Counts one, four and five dismissed but read in. DPA accepted on count two. In another case, charged with possession of an illegally obtained prescription and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Count three dismissed. On remaining counts, concurrent, WHS/POP two years, 45 days jail with Huber privileges and 16 days credit if revoked. Jail sentence stayed, bond amended to $5,000 signature bond.

Jacob J. Larson, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, battery, strangulation and suffocation, substantial battery intending bodily harm and two counts misdemeanor bail jumping. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct and battery. Bond converted to $500 cash bond and $2,000 surety bond.

Laura L. Moldenhauer, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct-county/municipality and contact after domestic abuse arrest. Count one amended, count two dismissed. Fined $263.50.

Brandon L. Boettcher, Rhinelander, charged with battery and disorderly conduct. Count two dismissed, DEJ accepted.

Alfred W. Hagen III, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Jonathan S. Harnden, Minocqua, charged with criminal damage to property. Charge dismissed.

Dakota J. Krueger, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count two dismissed but read in, fined $505.

Eric V. Steinberg, Lac du Flambeau, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked. Count one dismissed, WHS/POP three years, 30 days jail concurrent, $300 restitution. In another case, charged with OWI(4th) and operating with a PAC(4th).271. Count two dismissed but read in, WHS/POP three years, 60 days jail with Huber privileges, fined $2,009, 26 months DL revocation, IID 12 months, three days jail credit if revoked.

Dominique A. Jones, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Count two dismissed, DEJ accepted.

Shelly L. Olsen, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct-county/municipality and resisting or obstructing an officer. Count one amended, fined $200, DEJ accepted.

Wednesday, Dec. 23

Peter D.W. Kearney III, Tripoli, charged with three counts of failure to support a child (120 days+). Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Monte A. Bartelt, Three Lakes, charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least 3 violations of 1st or 2nd degree sexual assault). Found guilty, bond no contact conditions reinstated, sentencing hearing March 11.

Kory L. Deacy, Pearson, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken, resisting or obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping. Counts on, three and four dismissed but read in, WHS/POP one year with 18 days jail credit and $579 fine.

Monday, Dec. 28

Nichole M. Johnson, Phelps, charged with manufacturing/delivering methamphetamine, neglecting a child, possession of methamphetamine precursors, purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Counts one, three and five dismissed. In another case, charged with felony bail jumping. Charge dismissed. On count two, WHS/POP 12 months, on count four, 12 months.

Misty D. Canham, Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer. Charge amended, fined $263.50.

Susan M. Sommer, Pelican Lake, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer. DPA accepted.

Jeffrey A. McCulley, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Charge amended, fined $150.10.

Anthony J. Isham, Land O’Lakes, charged with burglary of a building or dwelling and theft of

Richard C. Nitschke, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property. Defendant failed to appear in court, DPA rescinded. In multiple other cases, defendant has been charged with six counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of manufacturing/delivering methamphetamine, two counts possession of methamphetamine, knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Tuesday, Dec. 29

Jessica G. Belunes, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct. Domestic abuse enhancer dismissed, DEJ accepted.

Donald G. Benton, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property. WHS/POP one year.

Seth A. Berry, Rhinelander, charged with sex with child age 16 or older, manufacture/deliver THC and possession of THC. Count one amended, sentenced eight months jail with 201 days credit. On count two, DPA accepted. In another case, charged with sex with child age 16 or older. WHS/POP two years. Cash bond modified to $10,000 signature bond. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct, charge dismissed.

Krista M. Buckpitt, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony bail jumping. Counts one, three, four and six dismissed but read in. On count two, WHS/POP three years, 104 days conditional jail with Huber privileges, 41 days jail credit and 100 hours community service. On count five, WHS/POP three years concurrent. In another case, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken and felony bail jumping. Count two dismissed but read in, 30 days jail with Huber privileges. In another case, charged with criminal trespass to dwelling, theft of movable property, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance and felony bail jumping. Counts one, three and five dismissed but read in. WHS/POP two years. In another case, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken and three counts of felony bail jumping. Counts two, three and four dismissed but read in. Thirty days jail with Huber privileges concurrent. In another case, charged with possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count two dismissed but read in, WHS/POP three years. In another case, charged with possession of THC, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony bail jumping. Counts two, three and four dismissed but read in. Jail 30 days with Huber privileges.

Teresa L. Charest, Westfield, charged with disorderly conduct – county/municipality. Bench warrant issued for failure to pay $263.50 fine.

Anthony J. Comella, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property. At a sentencing hearing on revocation, sentenced to 78 days jail credit.

Denise L. Daniels, Crandon, charged with two counts of intentional failure to provide food for animals and abandoning an animal. Bench warrant issued for failure to pay $263.50 fine.

Alexander W. Durand, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct-county/municipality. Count amended, fined $263.50, cash bond applied.

Dennis A. Gilbert, Pelican Lake, charged with six counts of retail theft-altering price. Counts two, three, four, five and six dismissed. Fined $100.
