Thursday, Dec. 17

Ryan S. Frahm, Rhinelander, charged with 3rd degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. Count one amended, WHS/POP 18 months.

Monday, Dec. 21

Joel D. Hughes, Rhinelander, charged with substantial battery-intend bodily harm [domestic abuse], operating while revoked and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. In another case, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine precursors, maintaining a drug trafficking place, misdemeanor bail jumping, knowingly soliciting, directing or using another person to purchase pseudoephedrine, neglecting a child and possession of methamphetamine. Cash bond adjusted down from $10,000 to $2,500 each case, $5,000 total. In another case, charged with operating while revoked, IID tampering/failure to install and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Chelsey L. Butler, Woodruff, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Cody W. Lukes, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Charge amended, fined $150.10.

Tracey M. Simmons, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (2nd), operating while revoked and possession of a controlled substance. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
