Oneida County Court Sentencings and Warrants – Dec. 17

Friday, Dec. 11

Deangelo M. Jones, Milwaukee, charged with felony bail jumping. Charge dismissed but read in. In another case, charged with manufacturing/delivering heroin [CTC]. Six years WSP [3 initial confinement and 3 extended supervision] with 243 days jail credit.

Megan L. Boos, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Charge amended, fined $263.50.

Tommy L. Love Jr., Milwaukee, charged with manufacturing/delivering cocaine [CTC][second and subsequent offense], possession with intent-cocaine[second and subsequent offense] and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant not in court, warrant authorized.

Ashlee A. Martinson, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of 1st degree intentional homicide and three counts of false imprisonment. Court grants defense 75 days for secondary psychological evaluation, initial evaluation by Dr. Smith sealed.

Tuesday, Dec. 15

Marissa J. Carlson, Rhinelander, charged with battery [domestic abuse] and disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. WHS/POP one year.

Tessa M. Lillie, Marenisco, MI, charged with possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft-intentionally taken. Count one amended, counts two and three dismissed, fined $263.50.

Troy L. Soulier, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked. Defendant pleads guilty, fined $150.10.

Angela D. Roche-Sunn, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and misdemeanor bail jumping. In another case, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant not in court, warrant authorized.

Jeremy J. Meives, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Tracy Mccarville, Custer, charged with disorderly conduct, cause disturbance. Charge amended, defendant pleads guilty, fined $263.50.

David L. Reinschmidt, Mosinee, charged with disorderly conduct. Fined $243, sentenced 14 days jail with Huber privileges.

Chelsi D. Brenneman, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Charge amended, $263.50.

Robert J. Fremming, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Charge dismissed.

John W. McGuane, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [hate crime]. WHS/POP one year.

Theodore A. Howerton, Crandon, charged with possession of THC, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and carrying a concealed weapon. Count one amended, counts two and three dismissed, defendant pleads guilty, fined $263.50.

Leonard M. Cohen, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct-county/municipality. Count two amended, fined $263.50, on count one fined $479.

Brandon R. Norberg, Rhinelander, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Fined $100. In another case, charged with two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts dismissed but read in. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Count one dismissed but read in. WHS/POP 18 months each count concurrent.

Wednesday, Dec. 16

Michael P. Hefter, Nekoosa, charged with issue of worthless checks. Charge amended, WHS/POP six months. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct-county or municipality. Charge amended, fined $263.50.

Nichole M. Johnson, Rhinelander, charged with manufacture of methamphetamine [PTAC], neglecting a child, possession of methamphetamine precursors, purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Bond modified, converted to a $10,000 surety bond.

Charles S. Eye, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally conceal and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts two and three dismissed, WHS/POP one year concurrent and $21.87 restitution.

Thursday, Dec. 17

Reginald Harris, Milwaukee, charged with four counts of failure to support a child (120 days+). Counts two, three and four dismissed, DEJ accepted, bond modified to $3,500 signature bond and 27 days jail credit if rescinded.
