Obituary: Donna Branshaw

Donna Branshaw, age 64, of Rhinelander, died December 10, 2015 at Rennes Health and Rehab Center. She was born August 17, 1951 in Rhinelander to Walter and Betty Jeanne (Fritz) Martin. She attended schools here graduating from the Rhinelander High School in 1969. Donna then went on to UW Eau Claire where she graduated with a Business Degree in 1973. After graduation she went to work for Transamerica which later became the Kodak Corporation. She retired in 2003 as a regional manager after starting as a customer service rep. Donna had been a member of the First Congregational Church. She loved her doggies Lilly and Elvis, cooking and having fun with friends and family. Her family was the most important thing to Donna. She came home to take care of her parents after her retirement and always put her son Martin first in all she did. She married George Bourcy on November 17, 1989 and he preceded her in death on January 4th of this year. Donna is survived by her son Martin Branshaw of Plum City, WI, her two grandchildren Britteny and Casey, her sister Judith(Robert)Schlub of Parrish, WI, her three nephews, other family and friends. In addition to her husband George she was also preceded in death by her parents. Private family services will be held at a later date. You may leave your private condolences for the Branshaw family atwww.carlsonfh.com. The Carlson Funeral Home (715-369-1414) is handling the arrangements for Donna’s family.
