Christopher W. Cousins, Rhinelander, charged with child abuse-intentionally causing harm, strangulation and suffocation and criminal damage to property. In another case, charged with mistreatment of animals-causing death and felony bail jumping. Bond modified to a $1,000 cash bond.
Monday, Nov. 30
Cory J. Volkening, Stevens Point, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and felony bail jumping. Additional cash bond set at $2,500.
Shawn R. Ison, Minocqua, charged with criminal damage to property [PTAC], criminal damage to property [PTAC] and misdemeanor bail jumping. Not guilty plea, $1,000 signature bond reinstated.
Megan L. Boos, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
Tuesday, Dec. 1
Robert D. Beck, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and theft of movable property. Count two dismissed, on count one sentenced to 30 days jail with Huber privileges and 30 days jail credit. On count three, WHS/POP one year with $126.50 restitution.
Joshua M. Warmuth, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Resisting charge dismissed, disorderly conduct charge amended, fined $263.50.
Denise L. Daniels, Crandon, charged with two counts of intentional failure to provide food for animals and abandoning an animal. Counts one and two dismissed, fined $263.50.
Markus A. Erdelles, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. DEJ agreement accepted.
Tommie A. Dibbles, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and contacting after a domestic abuse arrest. Count two dismissed, DEJ accepted.
Randall G. Buckingham, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Charge amended, fined $328.50.
Austin M. Hallock, Rhinelander, charged with vehicle operator flee/elude officer. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
Mark F. Spietz, Kaukauna, charged with three counts of burglary of a building or dwelling, theft of movable property$2,500-$5,000 and misappropriating ID info to obtain money. Bond modified to a $2,500 signature bond and a $2,500 cash bond.
Darrick J. Wujkowski, Minocqua, charged with possession of THC. Count amended, fined $328.50.
Michelle J. Balocca, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct and substantial battery-intending bodily harm. Count two amended, count one dismissed, jail 30 days with Huber privileges and one day jail credit. In another case, charged with felony bail jumping. Charge dismissed.
Jeremy R. Smith, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(2nd) and operating while revoked. Sentenced to five days jail with Huber privileges and one day credit, WHS/POP two years, fined $1,379, DL revocation 12 months and IID 12 months.
Wednesday, Dec. 2
Timothy W. Mann, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of a synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
