Oneida County Court sentencings and warrants – Nov. 26

Thursday, Nov. 19

Jason T. Jones, Tripoli, charged with OWI(5th or 6th), operating with a PAC(5th or 6th).81, operating while revoked and felony bail jumping. Found guilty by a jury on counts one and two, acquitted of counts three and four, case adjourned for senetencing.

Jonah R. Vaughn, Pelican Lake, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Charge amended, WHS/POP one year with 11 days credit on revocation.

Scott D. Silva, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Sentenced to 132 days jail each count concurrent, with 132 days jail credit.

Thomas D. McCue Jr., Sheboygan Falls, charged with child abuse-intentionally causing harm and disorderly conduct. Charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence.

Friday, Nov. 20

Adam V. Wendt, Milwaukee, charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating with a PAC(2nd). Complaint amended, count two dismissed, WHS/POP 12 months with a $1,000 fine.

Monday, Nov. 23

Lynn M. Bayer, Appleton, charged with vehicle operator flee/elude officer and resisting or obstructing an officer. Count one amended, WHS/POP two years with seven days jail credit.
