Erick J. Pearson, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct – county/municipality. Count amended, fined $456.50 including court costs.
Nicholas M. Hebert, Merrill, charged with strangulation and suffocation [domestic abuse], battery [domestic abuse], disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Counts one and two dismissed, enhancers struck on three and four, sentence deferred, DPA accepted and signature bond set at $1,500. In another case, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Count amended, WHS/POP one year, 38 days credit if revoked.
Todd M. Meinecke, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Count two dismissed, fined $579.
Donald B. Stockman Jr., Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 50 days jail with credit for 44 days time served.

Mathew E. Smith, Rhinelander, charged with battery by prisoners. Charge amended, WHS/POP one year, $7,819.13 restitution.
William C. Stanley III, Pelican Lake, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and neglecting a child. Count two dismissed, deferred entry of judgment accepted.
Scott E. Pollack, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Charge amended, guilty plea, fined $330.50.
Michael A. Mackey, Rhinelander, charged with possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin(2nd+), possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping. Case dismissed. In another case, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. DPA violated and rescinded, WHS/POP two years with six days jail credit.
Wednesday, Nov. 18
Nicholas B. Farness, Plainsfield, charged with two counts of theft in a business setting. Both counts amended, on count one, WHS/POP two years with one day credit upon revocation and $3,190 restitution. On count two, two years POP concurrent.
