Oneida County Court sentencings and warrants – Nov. 12

Friday, Nov. 6

Shawnee M. Chapman, Lac du Flambeau, in multiple cases, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken, felony bail jumping, retail theft-intentionally taken >$500-$5,000, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Latoya J. Wolf, Tomahawk, convicted of 2nd-degree intentional homicide [PTAC]. Sentenced to 25 years prison (12 years initial confinement, 13 years extended supervision), with 295 days credit and $11,000 restitution.

Monday, Nov. 9

Dustin A. Clark, Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], battery [domestic abuse] and strangulation/suffocation [domestic abuse]. Bond amended to $5,000 signature bond, not guilty pleas.

Samuel A. Pesl, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Barbara Beavers, Rhinelander, charged with county retail theft-intentionally taken. Warrant quashed. In another case, charged with operating without a valid license(2nd within 3 years) and misdemeanor bail jumping. Not guilty plea.

Richard J. Moore, Tomahawk, charged with hit and run. Defendant incarcerated in Lincoln County, warrant authorized.

Dylan G. Holquist, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. DPA approved, bail continued.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

Isaiah A.V. Moren, Rhinelander, charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent-abandon vehicle and resisting or obstructing an officer. At a sentencing hearing on revocation, sentenced to six months jail, each count concurrent, with 98 days credit and option of credit for treatment up to 45 days. In another case, charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count one dismissed, guilty plea count two. In another case, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count two dismissed. WHS/POP 18 months, $220 restitution.

Hunter R. Jordens, Fond du Lac, charged with battery [domestic abuse] and disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Count one dismissed, WHS/POP one year.

William J. Belliveau, Rhinelander, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Charge amended, fined $263.50.

Robert S. Archdale, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

James D. Balocca, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation or suffocation [all domestic abuse]. Counts one and three dismissed, defendant pled guilty, WHS/POP two years.

Christina L. McDaniel-Rose, Green Bay, charged with theft of movable property >$2,500-$5,000 and burglary of a building or dwelling. Counts amended, WHS/POP two years, $3,965 restitution and 31 days credit.

Michael P. Hefter, Nekoosa, charged with issuance of worthless checks(>$2,500). Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Trinity Q. Shepard, Appleton, charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. At a sentencing hearing on revocation, sentenced to 120 days jail with Huber privileges and 45 days jail credit.

Joseph E. Miller, Eagle River, charged with theft in a business setting. WHS/POP one year, $385 restitution.

Dennis W. Gray, St. Germain, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Count one dismissed, WHS/POP one year.

Ashley M. Neddo, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Sentenced to two days jail with two days credit.

Jon A. Hollingsworth, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years) and operating with a PAC(4th within 5 years).171. Count two dismissed, WHS/POP three years. Six months jail with Huber privileges and three days credit, fined $1,959, 26 months DL revocation, IID 12 months.

Gabrielle D. Mitchell, Lac du Flambeau, charged with retail theft-intentionally conceal. WHS/POP one year, $61.94 restitution.

Justin J. Knuth, Rhinelander, charged with three counts of OWI causing injury (2+) and three counts of PAC causing injury (2+), OWI(2nd), operating with a PAC(2nd), driving or operating a vehicle without consent, IID tampering/failure to install and operating while revoked. All counts except one, three and five dismissed. Sentenced, each count concurrent, imposed and stayed, to four years prison (2 initial confinement, 2 extended supervision). POP three years, four months jail with Huber privileges and four days credit, $2,608 restitution, $1,962 in fines, DL revocation 18 months and IID 12 months.

Wednesday, Nov. 11

Samuel A. Pesl, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Voluntary appearance, warrant quashed, signature bond reinstated.

Zachary J. Maney, Eagle River, charged with operating while revoked. Warrant quashed, previous bond reinstated.
