Free winter safety training

WINTER WEATHER SPOTTER CLASS IN RHINELANDER
Oneida County Sheriff’s Office/Division of Emergency Management and the National Weather Service (NWS) are sponsoring a Winter Weather Spotter Class:

6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Community Room
Attendees will learn winter safety information, will review last winter’s weather, and a forecast for the upcoming winter season. In addition, there will be a section on how to measure snow and become a “Snow Spotter” for the National Weather Service. There is no charge associated with the class but registration is appreciated.
