Oneida County Court sentencings and warrants – Oct. 29

Thursday, Oct. 22

Ian M. Meyers, Rhinelander, charged with possession with intent-THC [PTAC]. Case dismissed.

Joshua R. Dombrowik, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrants quashed.

Brooke A. Petonquot, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Warrant quashed, bond reinstated, not guilty plea.

Monday, Oct. 26

Antonio M. Givens, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and battery [domestic abuse]. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Samuel A. Pesl, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Robert J. Runnerstrom, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Benjamin J. Rizzo, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Defendant complied with DPA, charge dismissed.

John P. Paffrath, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, OWI (4th), operating with a PAC, operating while revoked and possession of THC(2nd+ offense). Case information amended, and counts one, four, five and six dismissed. On count two, POP one year concurrent. On count three, POP three years. Sentenced 200 days jail with Huber privileges, four days jail credit if revoked, fined $1,800, DL revocation 30 months and IID 12 months. In another case, charged with felony bail jumping. Charge dismissed.

Richard A. Brom, Lisle, IL, charged with disorderly conduct [use of a dangerous weapon], resisting or obstructing an officer, loading/discharging a firearm/bow in/from a vehicle. Count one dismissed, bond modified, deferred judgment agreement on count two, fined $200 on count three.

Tuesday, Oct. 27

Omer T. Lundt, IV, Three Lakes, charged with OWI(2nd), operating while revoked and possession of THC. Count three amended, count two dismissed. On count one, 15 days jail with Huber privileges, fined $1,379, DL revocation 12 months and IID 12 months. On count three, fined $589.

Steven F. Brennand, Lake Tomahawk, charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated. WHS/POP one year.

Bert J. LaBarge Jr., Lac du Flambeau, charged with six counts of failure to support a child(120 days+). Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Shawn R. Ison, Minocqua, charged with two counts of criminal damage to property [PTAC] and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Louis J. Stone, Rhinelander, charged with false imprisonment [domestic abuse], strangulation/suffocation [domestic abuse], battery [domestic abuse], disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], criminal trespass to a dwelling, disorderly conduct and intimidate victim with use or attempt of force. On count one, DEJ filed, bond modified to $5,000 signature bond, counts six and seven dismissed. On counts three, four and five, sentenced 90 days jail imposed and stayed each count, two years POP each count, 25 days conditional time each count, with two days jail credit. In another case, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping. Charges dismissed.

Andi L. Hansen, Lac du Flambeau, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth, manufacture/deliver amphetamine [PTAC], neglecting a child and possession of methamphetamine. WHS/POP three years concurrent, on count three, 60 days jail with Huber privileges and six days jail credit. In another case, charged with possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping and three counts of felony bail jumping. On counts one and three, WHS/POP two years concurrent, on count four, WHS/POP three years concurrent. In another case, charged with felony bail jumping. Charge dismissed.

Zakari R. Barlowski, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally concealed. Defendant pled guilty, imposed $443 costs only.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

Shambree K. Towne, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of sex with a child age 16 or older. Both counts amended, guilty pleas, WHS/POP one year concurrent.

Melissa L. Higgins, Tomahawk, charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Kaleb W. Wusterbarth, Three Lakes, charged with battery [domestic abuse], disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], vehicle operator flee/elude officer, OWI(3rd) and operating while revoked(3rd). Sentenced to 45 days jail with Huber privileges and one day credit, fined $1,744, WHS/POP two years, 24 months DL revocation, IID one year. In another case, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years), operating with a PAC(4th within 5 years) and felony bail jumping. Sentenced to six months jail with 66 days credit, fined $2,000, WHS/POP three years, 26 months DL revocation and IID one year.

Antonio M. Givens, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and battery [domestic abuse]. Warrant quashed, not guilty pleas.

Deborah A. Healy, Rhinelander, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. Counts two and three dismissed, DEJ on count one. In another case, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth [PTAC], felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count one dismissed. WHS/POP two years.

Thursday, Oct. 29

Theodore S. Gans, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. Warrant quashed for inpatient treatment.

Sarah R. Wells, Hatley, charged with possession of THC [PTAC], possession of drug paraphernalia [PTAC] and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine [PTAC]. Bond modified to allow travel outside the state of Wisconsin.
