The 9th annual Christmas from the Heart event will take place Saturday, November 14 at Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander. Everyone is invited to ‘shop for a cause’ at this benefit for hospice.

The fair is 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., featuring a variety of vendors who are giving a portion of their sales directly to Ministry Hospice. Admission is free. In addition to shopping with the many vendors and crafters, visitors may purchase a variety of holiday treats at the Cookie Walk.

A portion of every sale goes to hospice, benefiting patients who are uninsured or underinsured. As part of their commitment to the local community, Ministry Home Care provides this important end-of-life care to anyone who is medically eligible, regardless of their ability to pay.

The Eighth Annual Tree of Love tree-lighting ceremony will be held Monday, December 7, 6 p.m. at the Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital Galleria. Everyone is welcome to attend where we will recognize the pain of loss and begin the holiday season full of love and memories. Purchase a handmade ornament  for a $10 donation to Hospice and your loved ones name will be read during the memorial.

For more information on either of these events or to purchase an ornament, call 800.643.4663.
