Oneida County Court sentencings and warrants – Oct. 22

Tuesday, Oct. 13

Donald L. Kitchell, Rhinelander, charged with manufacture/deliver schedule IV drugs. Charge amended, fined $579.

Spencer R. Jural, Tomahawk, charged with OWI(3rd), operating with a PAC(3rd) and two counts of felony bail jumping. Counts two and four dismissed, count three amended, nine months jail with Huber privileges, 88 days jail credit, $2,505 fine, DL revocation 31 months and IID 12 months.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

Joseph A. Kaiser, Rhinelander, charged with 1st degree child sex assault-sexual contact with a person under the age of 13. In another case, also charged with 1st degree child sex assault-sexual contact with a person under the age of 13. Hung jury, mistrial declared, status conference Oct. 26.

Raymond A. Garcia, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Charge amended, fined $330.50. In another case, charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two dismissed, fined $579.

Rodrick S. Brown Hatten, Hughes Springs, TX, convicted of disorderly conduct. Defendant pled guilty, sentenced to three days jail with one day jail credit.

Richard E. Jorgensen, Rhinelander, convicted of sex with child age 16 or older. Sentenced to six months jail with Huber privileges and 80 days jail credit.

Gerry R. Fredrick Jr., Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Count one previously dismissed, WHS/POP three years with 286 days jail credit. In another case, charged with manufacture/deliver amphetamine [CTC]. WSP six years [3 years initial confinement, 3 years extended supervision] with 13 days jail credit.

Thursday, Oct. 15

Charles S. Eye, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(2nd) and operating with a PAC(2nd). Sentenced to 85 days jail imposed and stayed with Huber privileges, POP two years with seven days jail as a condition of probation, $2,621.16 restitution and $1,900 fine, DL revocation 16 months and IID 12 months.

Austin M. Hallock, Rhinelander, charged with vehicle operator flee/elude officer. Warrant quashed, signature bond reinstated.

Friday, Oct. 16

Darin W. Belland, Lac du Flambeau, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Brady J. Petersen, Bayfield, CO, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], battery [domestic abuse] and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts one, four and five dismissed, WHS/POP two years, two days credit if revoked. In four other cases, charged with four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], disorderly conduct and knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. All charges dismissed.

Monday, Oct. 19

Shelly L. Olsen, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and resisting or obstructing an officer. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Julie A. Chobanov, Eagle River, charged with operating while revoked. Charge dismissed.

Andrew L. Jordan, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count two dismissed, count one amended, fined $1,000.

Tuesday, Oct. 20

Krista M. Buckpitt, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken and three counts of felony bail jumping. Signature bond set at $5,000. In another case, charged with possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. In another case, charged with criminal trespass to a dwelling, theft of movable property, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance and felony bail jumping. In another case, charged with possession of THC, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony bail jumping.

Lawrence D. Watkins, Minocqua, charged with operating while revoked. Warrant quashed, charge dismissed.

Raymond R. Giebel, Woodruff, charged with OWI(4th) and operating with a PAC(4th).15. Count two dismissed, found guilty, sentencing postponed.

John A. Kullas, Arbor Vitae, charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent-abandon vehicle, operating while revoked, IID tampering/failure to install and misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts two, three and four dismissed, WHS/POP one year, fined $705.

Christopher D. Vaughn, Three Lakes, charged with sex with a child age 16 or older. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Richard E. Jorgensen, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property. WHS/POP one year concurrent, $110 restitution.

Angela D. Roche-Sunn, Minocqua, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Kelsy A. Mohr, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property >$5,000-$10,000. Charge amended, $900 restitution, judgment deferred.

Terry A. Luecht, Tigerton, charged with two counts of felony bail jumping. In another case, charged with 3rd degree sexual assault. DPA in both cases.

Alexx J. Ohara, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and possession of drug paraphernalia [PTAC]. Both counts amended, fined $330.50 on count one and $263.50 on count two.

Brad A. Sivertsen, Rhinelander, charged with possession of cocaine/coca. DPA filed.

Wednesday, Oct. 21

Evan A.L. Kortuem, Marshfield, charged with manufacture/deliver THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Kaleb W. Wusterbarth, Three Lakes, charged with battery [domestic abuse], disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], vehicle operator flee/elude officer, OWI(3rd) and operating with a PAC(3rd). Counts one, two, three and five dismissed, defendant found guilty, case adjourned for sentencing. In another case, charged with OWI(3rd), felony bail jumping and operating with a PAC(3rd).122. Counts and complaint amended, counts two and three dismissed, guilty plea on amended count one, case adjourned for sentencing.
