Russell A. Neri, Ironwood, MI, charged with knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. Charge amended, guilty plea, $263.50 fine.
Jeffrey J. Baker, Appleton, charged with two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct. One of each charge dismissed, remaining counts amended, fined $779.
Steven J. Hoffmann, Ogema, charged with felony bail jumping. Charge dismissed. In another case, charged with two counts of felony bail jumping. Charges dismissed. In another case, charged with 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two dismissed, count one amended. In another case, charged with battery and two counts of felony bail jumping. Counts two and three dismissed, count one amended. WHS/POP two years, with 127 days jail credit.
Kyle J. Bushong, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
Bryant C. Smith Jr., Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer. Count two dismissed, count one amended, $263.50 fine.

Thursday, Oct. 8
Eric T. Mineau, Rhinelander, charged with possession of child pornography. Warrant quashed, not guilty plea.
Jeremy C. Pufahl, Merrill, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrant quashed.
Thomas J. Fishbeck, Tomahawk, charged with possession of child pornography and manufacture/deliver THC. Count two dismissed, sentence imposed and stayed six years WSP (3 initial confinement, 3 extended supervision), POP five years, $500 surcharge and 90 days jail.
Mark M. Geboy, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years), operating with a PAC(4th within 5 years).228, operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. WHS/POP three years. On count two, DL revoked three years, IID 12 months, conditional jail time nine months with Huber privileges and 39 days credit, fined $2,000, 13 days credit if revoked and 50 hours community service. On count three, fined $1,000. On count four, 9 months jail concurrent to count two.

Sonya M. Daniels, Crandon, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
Emma D. Beighley, Lac du Flambeau, charged with theft of movable property. Not guilty plea, bond modified to $2,500 signature bond.
David C. Turney, Lac du Flambeau, charged with OWI(1st with passenger<16 years old). Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Sara M. Menara, Sugar Camp, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Count amended to strike domestic abuse enhancer, Deferred Entry of Judgment agreement accepted.
Charles A. Burger, Chippewa Falls, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Count two dismissed, WHS/POP nine months, one day jail credit and $550 restitution.
Gabriel Bell, Wausau, charged with vehicle operator flee/elude officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer. Counts two and three dismissed, WHS/POP 18 months, 64 days time served and a $654 fine.
