20151008_205117-1LeRoy Eades of Rhinelander was presented with the Veterans Advocacy Award by the County Veterans Service Officers Association of Wisconsin at their annual fall banquet on Thursday, October 8, 2015.

Eades was nominated for this award by Tammy Walters, Oneida County Veterans Service Officer. Nominees for the award need not be a veteran; however, they must provide, or have provided outstanding service to veterans and their families and have demonstrated a high degree of compassion for their constituents.

Walters nominated Eades for this award because for decades he has selflessly dedicated himself to the service of military men and women and their family members, as well as veterans and their family members.
