Oneida County Court Sentencings and Warrants – Oct. 8

Wednesday, Sept. 30

Nicholas L. Scallion, Sobieski, charged with possession of an illegally obtained prescription, possession of THC and disorderly conduct-county or municipality. DPA rescinded, counts reinstituted, cash bond set at $250.

Lisa J. Kovach, Argonne, charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Christopher S. Crane, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Warrant quashed, $500 signature bond reinstated.

Mark M. Geboy, Rhinelander, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Charge dismissed. In another case, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years), operating with a PAC(4th within 5 years).228, operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Found guilty by jury on counts two and three, found not guilty on count one. Court finds defendant guilty of misdemeanor bail jumping. Case adjourned for sentencing on Oct. 8.

Eric T. Mineau, Rhinelander, charged with possession of child pornography. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Thursday, Oct. 1

Jessica L. Foreman, Lake Tomahawk, charged with retail theft-remove anti-theft device, retail theft-intentionally taken, possession of THC(2nd+ offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Lynette A. Haman, Elkhorn, charged with homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and homicide by use of a vehicle with PAC. Count two dismissed. One year jail with Huber privileges, WHS/POP five years, 150 hours community service, restitution TBD.

Jennifer A. Klaver, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(4th). WHS/POP three years, 55 days jail with Huber privileges and two days credit if revoked, fined $1,759, DL revocation 32 months, IID 12 months.

Friday, Oct. 2

Nicholas M. Hebert, Merrill, charged with strangulation and suffocation [domestic abuse], battery [domestic abuse], disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and criminal damage to property [domestic abuse]. In another case, charged with felony bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Monday, Oct. 5

Gregory K. Meyer, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken and carrying a concealed weapon. Case dismissed. In another case, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. WHS/POP 18 months, restitution $37.57. In another case, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Concurrent WHS/POP 18 months, restitution $92.80.

Dylan J. Binkowski, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Linda L. Sachse, Lac Du Flambeau, convicted of operating while revoked. Defendant pled guilty, fined $150.10.
