Oneida County Court sentencing and warrants – Oct. 1

Friday, Sept. 25

Daniel E. Kulwicki, Rhinelander, charged with sex with child age 16 or older. Sentenced to seven months jail with 154 days jail credit.

Monday, Sept. 28

Ashlee A. Martinson, Rhinelander, charged with two counts of 1st degree intentional homicide and three counts false imprisonment. Extension on psychiatric evaluation granted.

Shelly L. Olsen, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse] and resisting or obstructing an officer. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Tuesday, Sept. 29

Jute T. Handrick, Minocqua, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth and possession of a controlled substance. Count two dismissed, deferred entry of judgment on count one. In another case, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Charge amended, WHS/POP one year.

Steven J. Hoffmann, Ogema, in multiple cases charged with two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child, misdemeanor bail jumping and four counts of felony bail jumping. Previous plea of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect was withdrawn, bond was modified.

Thomas J. White, Rhinelander, convicted of disorderly conduct. Charge amended, WHS/POP one year, $427.90 restitution.

Jordan J. Luckey, Iron River, MI, charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Megan N. Counter, Shawano, charged with theft of movable property. WHS/POP one year.

Justin P. Kriesel, Rhinelander, charged with failure to support a child(<120 days) and failure to support a child(120 days +). Count one amended, count two dismissed. WHS/POP nine months, 30 days jail with Huber privileges, $2,000 cash bond will be applied to costs.

Thomas A. Knutson, Lake Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct, causing a disturbance. Charge amended, fined $150.10.

Danielle L. Steinert, Hazelhurst, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Charge amended, fined $263.50.

Joseph J. Poupart, Crandon, operating without a valid license(2nd within 3 years). Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.

Craig Evans, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. WHS/POP one year, $329.99 restitution, 62 days credit if revoked.

Gregory K. Meyer, Rhinelander, in multiple cases, charged with three counts of retail theft-intentionally taken and carrying a concealed weapon. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Jude W. Giles, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Charges dismissed. In another case, charged with possession of THC. Fined $379.

Zane R. Olsen, Rhinelander, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count one amended, count two dismissed, judgment deferred.

Jeremy R. Smith, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(2nd) and operating while revoked. Count two dismissed, judgment deferred until sentencing.

Tera J. Powell, Pearson, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Fined $379.

Darren J. Belling, Tomahawk, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. WHS/POP one year, 22 days jail credit if revoked.

Lee C. Hueckstaedt, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse], battery [domestic abuse] and false imprisonment. Counts one and three dismissed, cash bond amended to signature bond, DPA accepted on count two. In another case, charged with violation of a harassment restraining order and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two amended, count one dismissed. WHS/POP one year.
