Baby Storytime: Mondays, 10:15 a.m., a 20-minute program for young ones ages 6 months to 2 years of age; simple stories, fingerplays and music. A social/play time follows each program.
Parent/Tot Time: Thursdays; program for children age 2 to 3 1/2 accompanied by an adult at 10 a.m. in the Children’s Department. A 40-minute Story Time program for children age 3 1/2 to 6 at 10 a.m. in the library meeting room. Gathering for craft time following.

Paul Bunyan Fest: Downtown Eagle River, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 35th annual event features chain saw carving demonstrations, over 80 arts and craft booths, live music by the Pinery Boys and the Paul Bunyan Fest beef sandwiches. Come on down and enjoy a heap’n help’n of potato salad and corn with a HUGE BEEF SANDWICH and a pickle. Food will be served starting at 11 a.m. until gone.
Lakeland Art League Workshop: “Gelli Plate Mono-Printing Workshop,” 9:30-2:30, presented by member artist Ginny Stiles, Minocqua Town Hall Gym. Monoprinting on a Gelli plate is simple and fun! The Personal Essentials Pantry (PEP): 9 a.m. to Noon at the First United Methodist Church, 724 Arbutus St., Rhinelander. All clients must certify their eligibility for PEP and should bring documentation that they are currently using food pantry, WIC, Badger Care or Food Share program.

VFW Bingo: VFW Hall, 120 E. Park St., Rhinelander. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Early Bird bingo at 6:15 p.m. and regular bingo at 7 p.m. Volunteers run the program which helps support veterans in the community.
