Oneida County Sheriff’s department looking for escapee

UPDATE: In the early afternoon hours on Monday, May 18, 2005 Millard, Jr. turned himself in at the Oneida County Sheriffs’ Office.


 

Oneida County authorities are looking for an escaped inmate, who walked away from Howard Young Medical Center about noon Monday, May 18.

Inmate Ronald M. Millard, Jr., is a white male, DOB: 6/3/73, 5’11”, 220 lbs; last known address is 2074 Highway 45, Eagle River.

Millard, Jr. was at the hospital for medical treatment.  Millard, Jr was in custody for (1) warrant and (2) capias (to arrest and detain) for family matters: Failure to Appear for Scheduled Hearing and one body only warrant for Misdemeanor Battery/Domestic Violence Abuse and Disorderly Conduct/Domestic Violence.
