Tuesday, May 12

Daniel W. Muraski, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years), operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer and battery to an emergency rescue worker. Counts two and four dismissed. On count one, WHS/POP three years, fined $1,759, jail 216 days with Huber privileges, 149 days credit. DL revocation 26 months, IID 12 months. On count three WHS/POP three years.

Thursday, May 14

Patrick W. White, Tomahawk, charged with possession of a firearm-contrary to injunction, knowingly violate a domestic abuse order-injunction and misdemeanor bail jumping. Signature bond set at $5,000, AIA May 18.

Timothy W. Mann, Lac Du Flambeau, charged with operating without a valid license(2nd within 3 years). In another case, charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Robert J. Runnerstrom, Rhinelander, charged with possession THC and possession drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set at $2,500, AIA June 8.

Jesse M. Hansen, Minocqua, charged with OWI(3rd). Signature bond set at $3,000, AIA June 8.

Spencer K. Peterson, Muskego, charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance. Count one amended, count two dismissed. WHS/POP one year-concurrent to extended supervision, two days jail credit.

Friday, May 15, 2015

Shannon J. Wolf, Rhinelander, charged with 1st degree intentional homicide[PTAC]. Bail continued, motion hearing June 10.

Nicholas T. Minassi, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct. Signature bond set at $2,000, Judge Michael Bloom recuses.

Tatum L. Smith, Minocqua, charged with contempt of court, non summary-punitive sanction. Not guilty plea, motion to modify bond denied, bail continued, PTC June 30.

Alexis L. Browning, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft-intentionally take and possession of a controlled substance. Extension granted on outstanding fine of $579, review hearing Nov. 9.
