Tuesday, May 13

Jason M. Richardson, Woodruff, charged with entry into/onto building or construction site/room and criminal damage to property. Count one dismissed, WHS/POP one year, $579 fine, $165 restitution. In another case, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two dismissed, count one amended, fined $263.50.

Ronald A. Ross Jr., Woodruff, charged with two counts felony bail jumping and intimating a witness/threaten force, etc.. Count one dismissed, sentenced to one year jail with Huber privileges for intimidation charge and WHS/POP four years for second felony bail jumping charge. In another case, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts two and three dismissed, WHS/POP three years and 50 hours community service. In another case, charged with six counts of failure to support child(120 days+). Counts three through six dismissed. On count one, sentenced to four years WSP (two years initial confinement, two years extended supervision)-imposed and stayed, with four years probation. On count two, WHS/POP four years. In another case, charged with OWI(3rd), operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Counts two and three dismissed, WHS/POP two years, 45 days jail with Huber privileges, 88 days credit, $1,694 fine, DL revocation 24 months, IID 12 months. In another case, charged with two counts of felony bail jumping. Charges dismissed.

Matthew S. Johnson, Rhinelander, charged with five counts misdemeanor bail jumping. In another case, charged with one count misdemeanor bail jumping. Both cases dismissed. In another case, charged with two counts retail theft- intentionally take. Count two dismissed, restitution TBD. In another case, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. On each remaining count, WHS/POP two years, concurrent.

Wednesday, May 13

Deangelo M. Jones, Milwaukee, charged with manufacture/deliver heroine. In another case, charged with felony bail jumping. Bail continued, not guilty plea, bond modified to $5,000 cash bond, PTC July 2.

Benjamin N. Dixon, Rhinelander, charged with battery and disorderly conduct. Count one dismissed, four days jail with Huber privileges, review hearing August 24.

Spencer K. Peterson, Muskego, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Signature bond set at $1,000, AIA May 14.

Darrin A. Barnhill, Rhinelander, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. Charge dismissed. In another case, charged with not guilty pleas, cash bond reduced to $1,000, PTC July 7.
