Obituary: Jeannine L. Thompson

Jeannine L. Thompson, age 85 of Lake Tomahawk and Rhinelander Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Ministry St. Mary’s Hospital. She was born on April 26, 1929, in Chicago to Marcel and Margaret (Grosser) Pirard. Jeannine is survived by three daughters, Donnajean (Edwin) Jackson of Snyder, Texas, Toni (Wayne) Otto of Humble, Texas and Gaylene (Leon) Larson of Rhinelander; step-sons, Jack (Diane) Thompson of Wanatah, Indiana and Alan (Barbara) Thompson of Hobart, Indiana; a sister, Juliette Law of Blissfield, Miss.; a sister-in-law, Lois (Ed) Howe of Crown Point, Indiana; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy and a brother, Leonard Pirard. A memorial service for Jeannine will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11at the Carlson Funeral Home with Chaplain John Uhlarik officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home and from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday. Inurnment will take place in Wilderness Rest Cemetery in Lake Tomahawk.(Carlson Funeral Home)
