Obituary: Jennie E. Guolee

Jennie E. Guolee, age 72, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, in Isanti, Minn. She was born in Rhinelander July 19, 1942, to Henry A. Hedman and Shirley R. (Gilman) Hedman. Jennie is survived by her mother, Shirley Hale of Cambridge, Minn.; brother David (Esther) Hedman of Bremerton, Wash.; sister Edna Carlson of Isanti, Minn; and sister and brother-in-law Dolly and Jerry Ament of Bundy. Also surviving are her three step-children Cindy Phillips, Dawn Wanty and David (Loretta) Guolee all of Rhinelander; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Jennie is preceded in death by her husband Bill; father Henry Hedman; stepfather Henry (Dick) Hale, father and mother- in-law William and Laura Guolee, sister- in-law Lorraine “Toots” Jacobs and son-in-law Myron Wanty. A funeral service for Jennie will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 20 at the Carlson Funeral Home (715-369-1414) with Chaplain John Uhlarik officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at the Carlson Funeral Home and from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service on Friday. (Carlson Funeral Home)
