Obituary: Marlyn D Jensen,

Marlyn D Jensen, 79, of Rhinelander, died Oct. 31, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was born June 11, 1935 in Caddott, to Earl and Gladys (Fourtner) Jensen. Marlyn is survived by his wife Donna; five daughters, Roberta Jensen of Kimberly, Vicky (Paul) Anderson, Jackie (Jim) McDonald, Tammy (Dan) Mueller and Marla (Pete) Miazga all of Rhinelander; his son, Wally (Lori) Jensen of Rhinelander; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Cherylene (Sandy) Scheeler of Rhinelander; two brothers, Ronald (Helen) Jensen and Harlyn Jensen both of Kenosha. He was preceded in death by his grandson Dean, his sister, Cleone and his brother Deone. Mr. Jensen served in the Marines during the Korean War. Memorial services for Marlyn will be held Thursday, Nov.6, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Carlson Funeral Home with Chaplain John Uhlarik officiating. Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home Thursday. Interment will follow the services in the Forest Home Cemetery. (Carlson Funeral Home)
