The Y Fit and Fun after school program is for kids ages 5 through 12 years. Kids will be bused to the Y from their schools and participate in activities that focus on the growth and development of the whole child.
The Y will offer both adult- and child-led activities that encourage creativity, promote expression and inspire learning.
The YMCA will be open after school until 5:30 p.m. and provides after school participants with the opportunity to sign up for School’s Out days and vacations before the general public. Staff members will also walk students to any Y programs they are involved in to include gymnastics, swim lessons and youth sports.
The cost is $13 per day or $50 per week. Registration opens Aug. 1. For more information, call Abbie Cline at 715-362-9622, ext. 109.
