Ministry Medical Group offering Sports Physical

Sports physicals will now be performed together as a well-child exam with a sports physical component.

A full well-child exam allows the providers to perform a more comprehensive evaluation that expands beyond just the physical component of the child and identify any underlying issues that a quick 10 to 15 minute sports physical may not have found.

Bring in a WIAA sports physical forms, and any other sports or summer camp paperwork to ensure the child is eligible to play and compete. Parents will need to bring the completed sports physical paperwork to their local Ministry Medical Group clinic and the provider will complete the necessary forms at the time of the appointment.

Well-child exams are covered by insurance.

To make an appointment, contact Ministry Medical Group at the following locations; MMG Crandon, 715-478-3318, MMG Eagle River, 715-477-3000, MMG Rhinelander, 715-361-4700, MMG Tomahawk, 715-453-7200, and MMG Woodruff, 715-356-8920.
