Obituary: Bernadine C. Wanty

Bernadine C. Wanty, 68, of Rhinelander died Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Seasons of Life Hospice in Woodruff. She was born Aug. 5, 1945, in Wauwatosa. She was the daughter of Howard and Velma Campbell, and Raymond Whitewing and Vivena LeMieux. She is survived by her children, Tammy (Joe) Schoone of Rhinelander, Kathy (Jay Schwoegler) Wanty of Stoughton, and Jim (Becki) Wanty of Lake Tomahawk; two sisters, Janet Wilson of Idaho and Barbara (Andy) Pierce of Alaska; three brothers, Joe Campbell of Michigan, and Earl (Jackie) LeMieux and Walter LeMiuex, both of Wisconsin Rapids; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jack. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at Carlson Funeral Home with Pastors Jodi and Craig Juedes officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. (Carlson Funeral Home)
