Solving the Medicare ?insurance puzzle?
The Oneida County ADRC/Department on Aging and the Vilas County Commission on Aging will be combining to host “Solving the Insurance Puzzle” at the Lakeland Senior Center, 412 Balsam Street, Wooduff.
Elder Benefit Specialists, Kris Schiek, Susan Corrieri and Pamme Williams will be presenting the program.
The program is for people who are turning 65 within the next 12 months and those who are newly eligible for Medicare. Those who are currently receiving Medicare benefits are also invited and are encouraged to bring any questions they may have regarding their current benefits.
There will be open discussions on Medicare options and benefits.
The presentation will cover all of the aspects of Medicare–Parts A, B, C and D, along with Advantage Plans, supplemental benefits, SeniorCare and those with Low Income Subsidies (LIS).
The presentation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, April 25. There will be no charge for the presentation.
