Obituary: Margaret ?Marge? Marie Olson

Margaret “Marge” Marie Olson, passed away at her home Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, surrounded by her loving family and after a short battle with cancer. She was born Dec. 24, 1948, in Antigo to Pete and Rose (Hoecherl) Schinke. Margaret is survived by her husband, Ron Olson of Rhinelander; her three children, Colleen Thompson of Rhinelander; Jerrod (Michelle) Olson of Rhinelander, and Ronda (Zack) Crowell of Tomahawk; her grandchildren; and great grandchildren; four sisters, Helen (Dale) Kuczmarski, Kathryn (Pat) McDonald, and Rose Ann (Conrad) Lundberg all of Rhinelander and Wilma (Mike) Schinke of Tomahawk; three brothers, Larry (Judy) Schinke and Peter Schinke both of Rhinelander and Russell Schinke of King; brother-in-law, Allen Kraetsch of Rosholt; and by many nieces, nephews, and other family. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters, MaryAnn Huebner, Caroline Kraetsch, and Gail Schinke. A memorial service for Margaret will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at the Carlson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home. The family also extends an invitation to friends and family to join them for a celebration of Margaret’s life on Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Bailey’s Town and Country Bar in Bundy beginning at 11 a.m. (Carlson Funeral Home)
