JWMS continues partnership with local veterans

During the months of November and December, James Williams Middle School (JWMS) partnered with local veterans to help with the Cellphones for Soldiers drive.

Students filled up half a box of cellphones that will be refurbished and distributed to troops overseas to help them stay connected with families and friends.
Mrs. Arnott’s sixth grade homeroom collected the most cellphones and was awarded with home-made cookies, juice and milk. Local veterans Leroy Eades and Ray Zastrow were present to serve the students, to congratulate them and to share some letters from the troops.
